Mike Kelly has been in the U.S. Congress since 2011, replacing Kathy Dahlkemper. Born in 1948 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Kelly is an alumnus of the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated in 1970 with a BA. He currently resides in Butler.
