The Sharon Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing on June 22, 2022, at 5:30 PM

LEGAL NOTICE

The Sharon Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing on June 22, 2022, at 5:30 PM, in Sharon City Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, located at 155 W. Connelly Blvd Sharon, PA 16146. 

The Public Hearing is regarding a request for an “Exception” that would permit a house, located in a R-2 Residential Zoning District, to be used as a Personal Care Home.  

The Zoning information surrounding this request can be found in the Zoning Ordinance book under Table 306.10 – Permitted Uses, under Section 309 – Special Exceptions, page 16, and under Section 309.16 – Personal Care Boarding Home, page 19.

Racheal L. Williot, owner of 139 Logan Ave, Sharon, PA., is asking for the approval of this “Exception” by the Sharon Zoning Board.
