Census Bureau reports Mercer population was 1,755 in 2020

Mercer had a population of 1,755 people in 2020, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Shenango Valley News.

The median age was 40, with 57.2 percent of the total population being female and 42.8 percent male.

The state's total population in 2020 was 12,794,885.
