Census Bureau: More women than men in Mercer in 2020

Of the 1,755 people living in Mercer in 2020, 57.2 percent (1,003) were women and 42.8 percent (752) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Shenango Valley News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 123. In the 65 and over age range, there were 244 females and 106 males.
