City of Sharon recently issued the following announcement.
The Sharon Code Appeals Board will hold a Reorganization Meeting followed by a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 12th, 2021 at 6:00PM.
The Meeting will be held at the City Council Chambers in the Sharon Municipal Building, 155 W. Connelly Blvd Sharon, PA 16146. The Public Hearing is regarding an appeal from Francis Sarvas,
appealing the condemnation and demolition of his property at 261 Logan Ave Sharon, PA 16146 (2018 International Property Maintenance Code Section 108.1, 108.1.3, 108.2, and 110.3). The request is to sell the property through judicial sale to a potential buyer.
