City of Sharon issued the following announcement.
In an attempt to minimize the effects of the COVID-19 virus on the citizens of the Shenango Valley and to insure the delivery of essential services, the City of Sharon has immediately closed all departments to the public.
If assistance is needed and staff members do not immediately pick up the phone, please leave a message and it will be returned.
Payments will continue to be collected and recorded through the mail and the drop-box located at the city building. For emergencies call 911.
Through these difficult times we must remember that we, the valley, are resilient and strong. We are going to get through this!
