City of Sharon issued the following announcement.
The Sharon Tax Office has mailed the 2020 School Real Estate Tax Cards.
It is your responsibility as a property owner in the City of Sharon to please
notify the Tax Office if you did not receive your tax bill.
2020 School Real Estate Tax Cards mailed on August 1st the Fee & penalty structure is as follows:
- Two months at 2% discount - If paid between August 1, 2020 and September 30, 2020.
- Two months at face - If paid between October 1, 2020 and November 30, 2020.
- After four months 10% penalty - If paid November 30, 2020.
