This investigation has been personal to me and to my community as we seek the truth about what happened on July 13. Thank you to @SpeakerJohnson for allowing me to Chair this Task Force.”

Later that day, Rep. Kelly announced legislative progress concerning U.S. Route 20. His tweet read: “NEWS This week, my legislation to designate U.S. Route 20 as the National Medal of Honor Highway passed the U.S. House of Representatives! Designating this highway is just one way and we can cement their legacy in American history.” He included a link for more information about this development.
