Our Spring FLOW YOGA Sessions begin April 4th!

**6 Class Series** April 4, 11, 18, 25, May 2, 9 from 5:30-6:30

This class is an all-levels flow with a focus on strength, balance, breathing techniques and alignment drills that will enhance one’s awareness.

Please bring a yoga mat!

This class will be held at the Whole Life Services building located at 1565 E Sate Street.
