Rep. Mike Kelly, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Pennsylvania’s 16th district, has recently shared a series of tweets addressing key issues under his purview. These tweets cover topics ranging from reforms in the Secret Service to tax policies aimed at benefiting American citizens.

On December 6, 2024, Rep. Kelly highlighted the importance of reforming the Secret Service during a hearing conducted by the Task Force on Anti-Discrimination and Justice Transformation (TFAADJT). He stated, “During our final @TFAADJT hearing on Thursday, we made it clear: serious, meaningful reforms must be made in the Secret Service.”

Later that day, Rep. Kelly detailed findings from TFAADJT regarding failures within the Secret Service during an incident on July 13 in Butler. He mentioned that their upcoming report would offer recommendations for improvement, saying “The @TFAADJT has found three keys areas of failure by the Secret Service on July 13 in Butler, including critical communications and intelligence failures.”

In another tweet posted on December 6, Rep. Kelly expressed his support for tax policies designed to benefit Americans financially. He emphasized efforts by the Ways and Means Committee to build upon previous tax cuts implemented during President Trump’s administration: “Americans deserve to take home more of their hard-earned money.”
