On Tuesday, April 1, former Mercer Area Senior High School standout Taylor Truran’s current college team, the Youngstown State Penguins, won 10-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Mercyhurst Lakers.

The game took place at YSU Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Lakers this season.

The Penguins’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 5 p.m. at YSU Softball Complex against Mercyhurst Lakers.
