Sen. Michele Brooks (R-50) will host a Senior Expo on Friday, September 19, at Greenville Alliance Church, located at 63 Conneaut Lake Road. The event will run from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

“I always enjoy these opportunities to engage with our senior citizens and ensure they have access to the support they need,” said Brooks. “This expo offers valuable tools to help seniors live safely, independently and actively.”

The expo aims to provide information about resources and programs available through state government as well as local nonprofit and community organizations. Attendees can participate in prize drawings provided by vendors.

Health services including flu shots, pneumonia, and Tdap vaccines will be offered at the event for those interested. Free screenings for bone density, vision, skin health, and spinal issues will also be available.

The Veterans of the Vietnam War Post 52 will collect snacks and personal care items for troops during the expo.

“I look forward to seeing everyone again this year,” Brooks said.

No RSVP is required for attendance. For more details, individuals can call 724-588-8911 or visit www.senatorbrooks.com or Facebook.com/senatormichelebrooks.
